All people treated with equity
We envision a world where all people are treated with equity. No one should be disadvantaged because of their race, sex, gender or sexuality.
We believe gender equity is looooong overdue. We do our small part by helping make spaces like workplaces and schools friendlier and more welcoming for menstruating people. This is important, but we know that it is not enough.
That's why we have partnered with Stars Foundation to advance gender equity in education, right here in Australia.
Education with Stars Foundation
We donate 50% of profits to Stars Foundation to help them mentor and empower First Nations girls and young women across Australia. Stars Foundation mentors provide holistic support to the girls who need it the most, to increase engagement, graduation rates, confidence, and the chances of successfully transitioning to further work or study.
We believe this is immensely important work. Investing in girls’ education is one of the most transformative and long-lasting development strategies (according to UNICEF). Educated girls are more independent, confident, and more able to give back to their communities and the environment throughout life.
The ripple effects of investing in education for disadvantaged girls can be felt for generations and across communities.
That’s why this partnership is a fundamental part of what we do at Pixii.
Earlier Impact
Since the very beginning, Pixii has been dedicated to supporting girls' education—even before we had profits to donate. This commitment is core to who we are, and it’s how we believe business should be done.
While our approach has evolved over time, our mission remains unchanged.
Our current partnership with Stars Foundation began in late 2024, reflecting our ongoing dedication to empowering First Nations girls and young women. Before this, we proudly supported One Girl, an Australian charity making a significant impact on girls' education.
