Who we are
Hi. I’m Nina.
Pixii is my family business founded in 2019 in Sydney, Australia. We are a small team with big goals to improve the way workplaces approach gender equality and support their female staff.
The acceptance of the basic inequality around hygiene supplies starts from when we’re very young. That’s why we’re also improving the approach to gender equality and supporting girls with period products in schools.We strive for the way things should be.
Why we started Pixii
In 2019 I attended a business conference with about 3000 other women. There was a quick poll which asked:
"How many of you have been caught out by your period at work?" Every woman raised their hand. I thought it was just me who had this problem. It is not, and that’s not OK.
Pixii was born that day. My co-founder and I agreed to fix this situation, to make sure women at work can focus on work and not need to sweat the little things.We agreed to bring about equality at work. And to do this sustainably, to give back, and to always strive for the way things should be.

Plastic takes over 400 years in landfill to degrade. We’re completely plastic-free.
50% of our profits are donated to empowering women around the world
Changing the world starts with education, that’s why we donate 50% of our profit to charities that support girls education.
