"Win a Wander Weekend For Two Competition" - Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is: Pixii Pty Ltd (ABN 50613141629) of registered office address: PO Box 1331, Dee Why NSW 2099, Australia. The aforementioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

  2. The Promoter has created this competition in partnership with Wander Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 63 660 994 981) of registered office address: Level 25/252 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000. The aforementioned company will be hereafter referred to as ‘Wander.’

  3. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

  4. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. 

  5. New Zealand-based persons are not eligible for entry. 

  6. The competition commences at 8:00am AEDT on Thursday 5th February 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT Friday 6th March 2026.

  7. To enter, eligible entrants must complete the entry form on the Promoter’s website.

  8. All valid entries will be included in the draw.

  9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  10. Each entrant receives 1 ticket into the draw. Each entrant can only register 1 time. Any duplicate entries will be removed from the draw.

  11. Every entrant will receive a $100 Wander discount code via email within 24 hours of entering the competition. Entrants may only use this code 1 time. Bookings using this code must be made before the 31st December 2026 to remain valid. Minimum 2 night booking applies and is subject to availability. Bookings must be made via www.wander.com.au. 

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

  13. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

  14. The Promoter holds this competition in collaboration with Wander.

  15. The Promoter collects, uses, and discloses personal information given as described in its Privacy Policy.

  16. By entering this competition, all entrants agree to the Promoter's collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. These details include:

    1. full name

    2. email address

    3. phone number

    4. place of work
      state or territory

  17. Entrants agree to share the above personal information with Wander.

  18. The winner will receive an individual prize and a prize for their workplace.

  19. The company prize is 2 free nights in a 1 Bedroom Pod at either Wander property to use for employee incentives to the value of $2000. Accommodation booking is subject to availability - black out dates apply and prize cannot be used over peak periods. Wander is responsible for covering the company prize.

  20. The company prize can be won by employers registered as a company, charity or partnership with a valid ABN number. If the winner is a student, their university or college can receive the prize. If the winner is freelance or unemployed, the company prize will be foregone. 

  21. The individual prize is:

    1. a voucher with Wander to be used for a 1 Bedroom Pod at either Wander property (Scenic Rim QLD or Kangaroo Island SA) to the value of $2000 (accommodation booking is subject to availability - black out dates apply and prize cannot be used over peak periods);

    2. a voucher with Hertz for car hire for 2 days to the value of $900;

    3. a voucher with Flight Centre to be used for flights for 2 people to Brisbane or Kangaroo Island from the winner's closest capital city up to the value of $2000.

  22. The Promoter is responsible for providing the car hire voucher and flight voucher. Wander is responsible for providing the accommodation prize for both company and individual prize.

  23. All accommodation bookings at Wander (including both company and individual prizes and any bookings that use the $100 discount code) must adhere to Wander’s Booking Terms and Conditions.

  24. The Promoter is not responsible for organising the winner's transport to the airport. The winner is responsible for organising their own transport to the airport.

  25. The Promoter recommends that the winner should provide their own travel insurance.

  26. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  27. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the winner accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as arising from, or in connection with the Prize supplied by the prize supplier, or the conduct of the prize supplier.

  28. The winner will be drawn at random at 4/42-44 Chard Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100  on Monday 9th March 2026.

  29. The winner will be notified by phone and email on Monday 9th March 2026. 

  30. The Promoter will notify the winner how to redeem the prize.

  31. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the prize.

  32. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Prize winner.

  33. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  34. If any Prize remains unclaimed within three months after Prize Draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 4/42-44 Chard Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100 on 8th June 2026 subject to the approval of any necessary regulatory authority.

  35. Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in the same manner as set out in clauses 29 & 30 above.

  36. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  37. In the event that the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value subject to any contrary direction from a regulatory authority.

  38. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  39. The winner’s name will be published on the Promoter's website on Monday 9th of March and will be visible for 28 days.

  40. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, X, LinkedIn, or any other social network. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and Wander, and not to any other party.

  41. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  42. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
