Order Processing

We may take up to 2 business days to process your order. Usually it's much faster than that, but hey, sometimes things get wild!

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the physical size of all the items in your cart, and the destination they are being sent to.

We use a combination of Australia Post, Team Global Express, StarTrack and Fedex to deliver orders. This carrier list may change from time to time and we cannot guarantee a particular carrier for any one order.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders dispatch from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Orders dispatch within 2 business days of being placed and confirmed. 

Delivery timeframes may vary by carrier, but are most commonly (from day of dispatch):

• next business day to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra
• 2-3 business days to Adelaide
• 3-5 business days to Perth, Darwin and Hobart
• 3-5 business days for regional
